Product Description
Color coated corrugated steel plate/sheet is a type of steel product that is coated with a layer of paint to protect it from corrosion and rust. The coating is applied to a galvanized/galvalume steel sheet, or aluminum sheet, which is then baked and cured. The total thickness of the pre-painted galvanized steel coil is composed of the base steel, coating, primer, top paint, and protective layer thickness. The top layer is 10 - 25 μm thick, and the back layer is 5 - 20 μm thick. The following types of coatings are available for PPGI/PPGL coils: PE, PVDF, SMP, acrylic, PVC, etc. PPGI corrugated roof sheets are widely used in industrial and civil construction, household appliances, transportation, light industry, and other fields. They are lightweight, durable, and easy to transport. Corrugated PPGI sheets are pre-painted galvanized steel, which is profiled into different corrugations with a roller machine. The common styles include wavy, trapezoidal, tile, etc. Compared to plain sheets, corrugated steel sheets are stronger. While it offers more color and finish choices than CGI sheets.
